Certifications include storyboarding, targeted scriptwriting, motion and video effects, creating characters, and audio engineering.

Design 8 different landscape projects for a customer. Students learn horticulture, landscape design, and the importance of soils, sun, and zone. Certifications include 3D CAD, greenhouse management, plant and soil sciences, and floriculture.
Web Game Design
Design a web-based game that students, friends, and family can play. Students program in FLASH, apply the design process, demonstrate basic programming concepts, and create a storyline. Certifications include ActionScript basics, concatenating strings, FOR loops, and mouse listeners.
Artificial Intelligence and Mobile Robotics
Program mobile robots to imitate natural behaviors. Students model animal and insect behaviors, create intelligent systems using Artificial Intelligence, and demonstrate how robot control language works. Certifications include programming, flowcharts, logic, inputs and outputs, and control systems.
Building Green – Home Design
Develop a house of the future for a charitable organization. Students apply math concepts, explain how green building creates a healthier environment, and demonstrate best choices for alternative materials and energies. Certifications include 3D CAD, green design techniques, structures, mechanicals, and energy conservation.
Music Video Production
Produce your very own music video. Students use a video editing system, apply the design process, explain the basic elements of a music video, story board, and prepare a persuasive presentation. Certifications include filters, capturing video, storyboard views, audio tracks, transitions, and pan and zoom.
Robots and Invention
Build robots from the ground up for a robotics company. Students design and model industrial robot systems, demonstrate how robot control language works, and prepare a persuasive oral presentation. Certifications include programming and logic, manufacturing systems, inputs and outputs, control systems, and problem solving.
Green Industry – Landscape Design
Invent new outdoor living spaces that add property value. Students learn the elements of good design, basic green-friendly design principles, and choosing the best plants for soil, sun, and zone. Certifications include 3D CAD, relationships in 2-D space, sketching, and working with scales.
Personal Finance and Wealth Management
Your students are hunting a criminal and leading an investigation of to uncover a fraud scheme. Their task is simple – learn and use personal finance skills to expose an unsavory character’s plot.
