Programs are written using flowcharts. They can be set to control images, text and animations on-screen. The interface is highly intuitive - to give a command to an object, simply drag a target symbol from the flowchart element to the object: job done! This removes the need to write syntax or navigate complex dialog boxes. Crocodile ICT gives feedback on errors and bugs when you run your program. You can control the speed and watch as each command is executed, making debugging easy. For more complex programs, an unlimited number of variables and subroutines can be used. Loops are easy to set up, and you can capture button clicks or execute code at regular intervals. |
