Unlike any other curricula on the market today, our Virtual Internship Series engages both struggling and motivated learners in core academics through an interactive story-centered multidisciplinary approach, where students experience and learn math, language, science and technology in a relevant and meaningful way. We use a 4-part, flexible course structure that can fit within existing courses, or as a stand-alone curriculum.

Student Tutorials

The foundation of our program is the self-paced, interactive student tutorial. It runs entirely on the computer, and students gain exposure to real-world job scenarios in 10 different career clusters (with more being added all the time):

  • Agriculture, Food, & Natural Resources
  • Architecture & Construction
  • Arts, Audio/Video Technology and Communications
  • Information Technology
  • Marketing
  • Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics
  • Health Science
  • Education and Training

Student Competitions

Now, your students can compete with other students from across the nation. By entering their final projects into a national competition, they get a wider exposure to the ideas, research, and skills of other students their age. Plus, students get extra motivation to perform better.

Teacher Training

Your teachers receive 4 hours of self-paced training in how to facilitate the Virtual Internship experience. They can prepare at their own pace, and get all of the information they need to know during that training. No classroom time is required. The training counts for Continuing Education Units (CEU’s), and teachers receive a certificate—and qualify for college credit at California State University—Los Angeles.
